Excel With Wayne is growing and we’re looking for a smart, adaptable and capable Business Development Representative who can assist our sales team and global customer base. The core function of this role is planning and executing warm outreach, email outreach, interacting with possible leads, and booking demos and meetings for our team. Our office is located in Milla de Oro and although the job can be remote, the initial training will be done on site.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Strong communication skills, and a mastery of English (C1-C2 level), especially written
• Proactiveness – you identify relevant tasks and complete them without being asked, and over-communicate progress and status while you’re working
• Highly organized with an ability to multitask and manage various clients simultaneously
• Experience with using GSUITE / CRMs / marketing automation tools
• Based in Medellin (no visa offered)
• Prior interaction with English-speaking clients, and/or past experiences working or studying in the US / UK / Europe/Australia
• Background in account management, business development, sales, marketing a plus
• Recent grads and MBAs in business, communication, English, economics, liberal arts and related fields will be considered
• Prior experience at a SaaS, or tech startup a plus
• Sense of humor
