Excel Insiders Club Rules and Regulations

Welcome! The Excel Insider’s Club is a community supported group for paid members of Dr. Winston’s courses.

First, let’s start by saying we are SO happy you are here! The Excel Insider’s Club is a place to share insights, tips, questions, answers, and most importantly, support for one another along this Excel journey. You are not alone! Dr. Winston, his team, and his other students are here for you!

This group is community supported, which means good things will come your way if you jump in and help your fellow students of Excel.

Also, once every two weeks Dr. Winston will be showing up live on video inside the group for an interactive Q&A session.

In addition, Ryan is our Community Manager. Although his job is not to answer every question posted in the group, he is our eyes and ears in this space and will jump in as needed. You will often see him sharing an encouraging word, fostering smart conversations, and ensuring you keep moving forward. So to say the least, you are in good hands!

We have built this community to support and educate. We want to make sure it’s a safe space and preserves the quality of the group at all times, which is why we have developed these rules and enforce them on a daily basis.

With that being said, let’s jump in…

1. NO SELF PROMO
No self-promotion is allowed. What do we consider self-promotion?

  • Selling Anything – products, services, courses, events and programs…anything that feeds your bottom line.
  • Asking for a job
  • Posting job links
  • Posting “free” offers of your own service

2. #ASK #WINS #SHARE

One friendly reminder: When asking a question make sure to keep it short and sweet. Brevity is your friend! The longer the question is, the less likely it is that it will get the attention it deserves. Time is valuable!

#WINS = Any wins you are celebrating OR any fellow members you wish to spotlight and celebrate. We LOVE to feature people within the group! Give shoutouts! Share your accomplishments! Be proud of the work you’re doing! We want to hear all BIG and SMALL wins! Plus, who doesn’t love another reason for a virtual toast! *Cheers!*

#SHARE = Any tips, strategies, lessons, or insights you have learned along the way. Help each other out! This is a community run group, so offer feedback and insight whenever possible.

3. BE KIND
We live by the Golden Rule in this group: If you don’t have something nice to say, don’t say anything at all. We do not allow rants, calling people out, or complaints around how someone chooses learn. Just be nice. It’s that simple. (If you have a complaint about one of Dr. Winston’s programs, please email info@excelwithwayne.com and we will be all ears!)

4. BE HELPFUL
Provide genuine and helpful feedback and suggestions to others.

  • Ask questions.
  • Give answers.
  • Be the kind of supportive friend that you would want and need on your Excel journey.

Remember: We are all here to help each other…so give more than you take, please.

7. WHEN TO DM ADMINS
Okay, this one gets a little tricky. Of course, Dr. Winston, our Community Manager Ryan, and the rest of the team want to make sure you are super-served here. However, there are a lot of you and we ask that you respect the time of our Admins and only Direct Message admins when it is an Excel emergency.

IMPORTANT: If you are having login issues or tech issues inside of any of Dr. Winston’s programs OR if you have a complaint about a program, please email info@excelwithwayne.com and we will be ready to support. Please do not DM for these challenges.

**Phew** That was the hard stuff!

Overall, we want this group to make a HUGE IMPACT on your Excel success. We want you to grow. We want to be here to support you along the way. Here are just a few more tips to help you get the most from this group:

Show Up Daily While we don’t want you to spend your whole day surfing the group, stopping by everyday can help you gain insight and knowledge. Set a specific amount of time each day to spend in the group and then head back to work!

Sharing is Caring We want you to share your thoughts, ask insightful questions, and experiences because they can be valuable to others. This journey can be long and a bit complicated for some, so the more insights and guidance the better!

We are excited to get to know you!
